• By submitting your video, you agree to the following rules, terms, and conditions.
• Participants are not required to show their face on video.
• Winners may only be awarded one prize.
• All videos must be original work, filmed by the entrants.
• Videos that include third party equipment that is competitive with the VIAVI product portfolio cannot be used.
• Entry is open to all United States (US) and Canada resident employees and contractors of telecommunication companies who are based in North America (US and Canada)
• Employees of VIAVI, their immediate family members, and household members; employees or representatives of VIAVI's competitors; and employees or representatives of VIAVI's business partners are not eligible to participate.
• No third party may own or control any materials the video contains, and the video must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
• The video must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
• Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
• Entrants shall not endanger themselves or others at any time.  Videos deemed dangerous or in violation of safety protocols will be disqualified.
• Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
• Entries will be judged by VIAVI. All decisions are final. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
• By entering the contest, entrants agree that videos submitted can be used for advertising purposes and become the property of VIAVI.
• Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
• The prize must be collected by the winner and is non-transferable.
• The winners will be contacted directly by VIAVI. If no response is received after two [2] business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
• The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• At no time shall anyone entering the contest violate any OSHA Mandate, NATE Best Practice, Tower Climbing School or other instructions meant to ensure safety.
• VIAVI Solutions does not assume liability for anyone entering the contest.
• Non-Disparagement: By participating in this contest, you agree to refrain from making any disparaging, negative, or defamatory statements or comments about the contest, its organizers, products, and/or similar products manufactured by other vendors,  associated with the contest. 
• Participation in the contest may be prohibited by your employer rules and regulations. Please check your company guidelines.
